Constellation Brands to buy Obregon Brewery from Grupo Modelo

(Reuters) - Constellation Brands Inc , owner of Corona and Modelo beer, said on Monday it would buy Obregon Brewery from Grupo Modelo, a subsidiary of Anheuser Busch InBev SA NV , for $600 million.
